After seeing the deer up close and personal, I ventured south-west along the shores of Bertha Lake. A 4km trail circumnavigates the lake, but there was too much snow on the eastern side for me to use it. This photo is of a rock wall with a giant woolly marmot living in it. Sadly, the marmot was not as brave as the deer.
