A friend and I were discussing wedding videographer... and he said “i don't think i want some lengthy production video to usurp my memory of that day i want to remember my version of my wedding day, not some videographer's version” because videos “ tells the unvarnished reality as it is”. You are right... a video of this sunset will only destroy my memories of this day and any emotional responses I may remember. With this photo, I don't care what the reality is... I'd rather pretend the sky was indeed this beautiful royal blue and the clouds really steaked across the sky like that.

Photo Walk at San Gregorio State Beach I went out to Half Moon Bay after work for a photo walk with some friends. The day started out slow for me but when we got to San Gregorio state beach, it had a huge fresh water lagoon with the most amazing sunset reflections. While I had my doubts about the sunset (due to the thick cloud cover over the ocean), my friends assured me of a spectacular sunset... boy were they right. This is definitely one of the most beautiful sunsets that I had the chance to photograph... God (and nature) is truly the greatest artist and I'm glad I had the fortunes to witness it first hand.
