Pina Colada! So I've been on a smoothie kick since visiting Cassie. She had a sweet new Vita Mix, but I resurrected my Mom's ancient Vita Mix (I think it might have even belonged to my Mom's Mom) and we've been whipping up some yummies. Coconuts and Pineapples were on sale at Sprouts so we decided to make a Pina Colada from scratch.
