Mixiote de Cordero, R. Arroz, nopalitos, salsa verde de tomatillos. The mixiote is a traditional dish of meat with spices steamed or baked on a pouch of the inner membrane of the "penca" of leaf of the maguey. I neglected to ask if it was made with pulque.
