Rocker panel and rear fender were welded together at some point. The remnants of the "B" Post can been.
After initial sand blasting
Front Clip - :Lower Steel is swiss cheese. "A" Posts were fine (Amazingly)
Bye Bye Swiss Chesse. Piece removed can be seen on floor by frame.
Rear Fender Repair Piece
New Steel added
Front Fender on end. Note hole that was patched over. New lower front fender panels replaced most of pitted rusty steel.
Lower front fender after home made patch was removed.
Epoxying on a steel lip for new panel to attach to
Epoxying on backer plate for lower repair panel.
New repair panel epoxied on. Screw heads can be seen that were used to apply pressure as epoxy cured. Note a wood block (lower left in photo held on by "C" clamps) shaped to fender curvature was used to hold fender shape.
New lower repair patch epoxied on.

Aluminum Radiator with top painted black. I added the "Morris Motors" tag just to mess around.
Clear fuel filter located just in front of the heater. This way I can visually see if it is getting gas.
Can't tell but these are old worthless wheels.
Getting closer. Needs leather seat upholstery.
Mirror I found online for $ 20. Had to add a small piece of SS for mirror to fasten to.
All done except for wheels. Patiently awaiting new Dayton Wheels.
