The I-beam, and brick veneer that sits on top of it, has separated about 2" from the garage.
Just a small sampling of what had been done to the walls/paint.
At least the fireplace is nice!

The only thing we did before taking these pictures - ripping out all the carpet.

This is what a leaky check valve on your sump pump will lead to.

"Gold plated" fixtures are awesome.
Master bedroom.
Decent size closet in the master. Too bad those metal bars had dug their way into the dry wall and had to be ripped out.
Master bath. You see here the shower door is separated from the wall at the top. What you can't see is that it's filthy at the bottom.

Those shelves in the closet are straight. Almost. OK, not really.

Don't worry, these shelves have an extra sturdy brace to hold them up.
