gettin' shady - I made this shade to resemble a corsette. much fun in the making. Just about everything on it is vintage!
Old Saint Nick - mom has made several of these "santa's" for others and for herself. Such a great old world feeling with layers of trimmings and of course everything by hand!
reptillian - I created this lamp for a client who is a designer and she challenged me to come up with something for a gentleman client with discerning taste and a need for something very custom! A cordial box and crocodile leather did the trick!
all lacey and victorian - it's every little girls dream! Imagine finding all these frilly lacy thing in grandma's treasures - little dolls and parasols.
Father Time - another one of moms santa's. This one may have been my favorite with sprigs of olive branches, you keep finding new things on this piece. The headdress is particularly impressive.
