Honeymoon
For our honeymoon we took three weeks off and went to Hawaii - first Maui, then the Big Island, then Kauai, and finally a couple days in Oahu. We did just about everything we could think of - motorcycle renting, horse riding, parasailing, volcano biking, high speed rubber boating, touring, and surfing, although that last resulted in a bad accident when I got too ambitious about the waves and ended up on some lava...
