In good spirits for 5:30am.
Does this gown make my butt look big?
1pm Day #1. Just trying not to move really.
11am Day #2. The pain was probably the worst the night before. I found taking shots of my soup was the easiest way to get it down. I didn't touch anything else on the tray.
1pm Day #2. Jesus loves you, even when you look like a fool.
I am a delicate flower.
3:30pm Day #2. The car ride home took it out of me and I just spaced out for the rest of the night.
Day #3. I was starting to be able to drink watery shakes from my shaker cup. I was still very hesitant to move my mouth at all.
Day #4. This is when Mom made me get out of bed. Fine. But I don't have to like it. I think this was the last day I took any Vicodin.
Day #7. This was my best attempt at a smile. Almost there. Feeling pretty good at this point.
Day #12. Back to work as normal. This is a 6-turn gap. I think it's cute.
12-turns. More goofy than cute.
All done gapifying.
This is close to a genuine smile.
Pre-Surgery

12-turns
19-turns and finished.
About 4 weeks in braces. Lovely roundness!
About 4 months after surgery and about 8 weeks in braces. The gap is gone but a new one has opened up between #9 and #10.
It can't get much better than this can it?
Here we can see the missing #30. We're waiting on you #31, straighten up now.
