My first encounter with black sticky rice.
Black sticky rice, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. It's everything that's great about rice pudding and bread pudding all rolled into one.
These? Mysterious, to say the least. They're made mostly of coconut milk, which is sweet, but they're topped with chives, which are...onion-y. It sounds a little disgusting, but it tastes delightful.
