The next day we went to Munster. This was the old town shopping area.
A cathedral in Munster.
We ended up spending quite a bit of time in the cathedral due to a huge rain shower that came through and we had no umbrellas.
Then we booked it to a supermarket where we were surprised and a little discusted to find sauerkraut juice!
Cologne Cathedral. In Germany they call them Dom (dome)
Looking up at the tower of the Cologne Cathedral (Dom).

We had beers at bar right on the Rhine river. Yasuko and I at sunset.
On Sat. we headed South towards Rudesheim and the wine country.
I love how every train has a bike car and you can roll your bike right on.

We took the ropeway up over the vinyards to a view point.
Of coarse drank wine on the way!

On Sunday we took a cruise back towards Duessledorf and saw beautiful castle after castle and vinyard after vinyard.
