I was near the remains of Theon, another ghost town on 1105. You could still see the twin steeples of the church from there.
The front of the church.
I wish I could have seen these windows from the inside.
The center of the cemetery leads to the statue of Jesus on the cross. But that's not the immediate route I took.
Don't blink. I make it no secret that I'm a fan of Doctor Who. Thus, I was both fascinated and afraid of the large number of angel statues in the cemetery. They were all gorgeous however.
Another angel and flowers.
There is no way to describe how large this cemetery was. This is only about a fourth of it.
Another angel.
You can see the crucifix from anywhere in the cemetery.
I saw the wind chimes and thought that was the most touching gift to set at one's grave. I want someone to do that for me.
A better shot of the crucifix. It was so incredibly bright that day, that it was hard to balance the pristine white and detail the figures still.
Don't even blink.
I walked by this grave. It was unmarked, and the cross had fallen over. I wanted to pick it back up, but I felt it would be best to leave it undisturbed.
