This is a Ghost Bike in honor of Ilia Pankin, a cyclist who was killed at Santa Monica & Wilshire on September 18th, 2006. (CICLE founders Liz & Shay created the bike)

Me, February 15th 07, the day after Valentine's day when I wrecked. Yolanda took me to the hospital, and then to the oral surgeon the next day. That red streak from my mouth to the right side of my face is dried blood from drooling blood while I was sleeping. GROSS
A month later - idiotic looking but happy.
