Our house from the other side of the valley (about half a mile away). Ours is the right-hand half of the house.
This is a really high peak, whatever the picture seems to show.
The road seen as a vertical strip in the center of the photo is where I took the 1/2 mile away photo of the house from.
Our front yard, from the media room.
I think they heard me say, "Thanksgiving".
Buzzards on our roof.
Looking big, to scare you away, I guess. Anyway, that's our front entry, garage on left, media room window on right (behind bushes), neighbor's house at rightmost.
Photos cannot capture the height of mountains!
Our first attached garage!
THIS IS NOT OUR PORCH!! But it is in our community, up the street from us. Bears are no laughing matter (and bird feeders are now illegal in our community).
The livingroom. Just enough furniture to sit in front of the fire on cold evenings. Someday more...

Dining area (soon-to-be-former light fixture).
The soon-to-be-former bar.
Elizabeth's office in the background.
Our little Euro-trolley that we take to two tailgate markets every week.

Master bedroom.
Anyone want a pink acrylic whirlpool bath? I hear there's one available in the Spring.
The shower will be magically turned white, with a frameless door and a nice spray gizmo. The sink will be full-length, with two basins. We kind-of like the wallpaper.
I can't go downstairs without the turkeydog running after me, hoping we'll play with the agility obstacles. (Well, hoping he'll thus get some treats.)
Nice view from my desk.
View from the downstairs bedroom.
Downstairs bath.
Leaving the guest bedroom. Closet on right, kitchen straight ahead, bath on left in corridor.
Yes, there's a kitchen downstairs. Great view out the "window", huh? I'll bet you thought that wall backed up against our neighbor's basement.
The furnace room. Furnace, air handler, water heater, the ubiquitous dehumidifier.
More furnace room. When we first saw the house, we thought this was the unfinished basement area, but...
Then there's the huge basement just beyond it.
More basement.
