I custom cast and turned this pulley. It's not perfect, but it works very well.
The linkage between the mower deck height adjustment and the plow ladder.
This is the bracket that the plow ladder connects to on the rear axle.

Other than the rear axle and mower deck removed, this is how we found it.
pulling 550lbs in my trailer. I'm still using a borrowed RV battery.
the load sled. I dont know what it weighs. I can't pull it myself. Each of the bricks weighs ~30lbs. I'm guessing almost 1000lbs total.
My 2 year old loves going for rides with me!
