College Fair 2010
On Thursday, 10/7, North Schuylkill Jr./Sr. High School hosted it's annual College Fair in the gymnasium. Junior and Senior students had the opportunity to meet with representatives from over 60 colleges, universities, technical institutes, and military branches. The College Fair gives students from North Schuylkill, Mahanoy Area, and Shenandoah Valley, the chance to obtain information and ask questions about schools and majors that they may be interested in. Some of the schools that participated this year include: Alvernia University, Bloomsburg University, Kutztown University, Lebanon Valley College, Luzerne County Community College, the Marine Corps, McCann School of Business and Technology, Penn State Schuylkill Campus, Reading Hospital School of Health Services, Schuylkill Technology Centers, West Virginia University, and Wilkes University, among others.
