This was HEAVEN. Whizzed up banana with flax powder and coconut shreds, then dehydrated. Sliced persimmons inside = tropical fruit crepe for breakfast!
Our Raw Spanish Rice is a 100x better than the grain stuff. Pulsed cauliflower, diced roma tomatoes, chopped green onions then spices and lime juice to taste. We dig cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and salt.
Even the persimmons know that All is One! 11:11! PS- We are so stoked on persimmons season. We just got a huge organic bag for $5 and have been enjoying them everyday for breakfast.
This was one of those meals that was so good that I was just kind of beside myself while eating. Hand torn Napa cabbage, lacinato kale, sprouted peas, hemp leaves, shredded zucchini, baby cherry tomatoes, and one of my favorite spice combos: garlic powder, salt, red wine vinegar, nutritional yeast.

Slightly dehydrated peach slices (from the height of peach season!) with a few spices on a crust of pecans and raisins. The 2 small pies in front were gifts and the recipients - if you can believe it - loved them.

I randomly craved “potato salad” so I made this totally different raw version with a sweet potato. SO GOOD but I don't remember all the ingredients. We just sort of made it up, like we do with all of our meals.

A rare treat of marinated purple baby artichokes, baby chocolate bell peppers, dehydrated green zebra tomatoes on top of nut butter spread and raw bread. Sprinkled with sea kelp, pepper, and nutritional yeast. With a squeeze of lemon to boot!
