Atty. Liezl Parajas - Commission on Human Rights (CHR). She was grilled by Rep. Abante. He wanted her to blurt out that there are no cases of LGBT discrimination so that he can claim that there is no need for the ADbill. Good thing she never never gave him the satisfaction of getting the answer he wants her to say. Rep. Abante then mentioned that the CHR needs to have a separate LGBT desk.
