Walter, Doc, Amanda and the Marshal looking like they just stepped off the set of Gunsmoke! Walter represents all sidekicks but especially Walter Brennen and Dennis Weaver. Doc is every Western Doctor but especially ___ Adams from Gunsmoke. Did you know that DeForest Kelly was in a lot of Westerns including OK Coral before he was Doctor McCoy on Star Trek (the final frontier)? Amanda is THE leading lady of the Western. My favorites were Amy Fowler as played by Grace Kelly in High Noon and Miss Kitty in Gunsmoke as played by Amanda Blake. So there you go.
Duncan and Parker are married in real life. As are Bart and Amanda! Doc is Amanda's father in real life.

Bart and Shelly. Why did so many Westerns have a character with an eye patch? I don;t know either. Bart's patch was on Shelly in the curtain call. What's up with that?

Duncan and Leo. Leo Carillo who played pancho on the Cisco Kid TV show the first TV show filmed in color befor color TV was invented, was a 72 year old vaudville actor when Cisco was filmed. Leo bought land in Orange COunty that reminded him of his home in Mexico and made a bundle. There is a Carillo state park in Orange County.
Leo and Duncan. Cisco was played by Duncan Renaldo. Zorro was played by Guy Madison in the Walt Disney series.

Mike did a great job in the pit with only 11 players. I added some performances of the Cleveland Philharmonic Orchestra to the videos. Maestro Bill Slocum lead the Phil in a great perfomance of the suite I assembled a few years later.
Amanda Blakely is married to Bart Tolbot in real life. That confuses me. Boy she can sing.
