new traveller was mounted forward so seating is more comfortable in the cockpit, the bail on the boom was moved forward an equal amount to maintain the same angle for the main sheet tackle, the Contest compass can be read from inside the cabin as well, line beside compass controls position of centre board
dining table, clamps to new counter, stores on wall in head
brass pins fit into matching brass holes in counter top, the pull latch makes the table very solid, a single folding leg supports the other end

new cushion covers and foam in cushions (4 inch), small drawer added below seat holds knives forks and so on, 110 volt plug goes to input connector in engine well, battery switch selects between two deep discharge batteries kept under vberth in a case
sink on port side of counter was removed, a 1 inch teak counter top was added, an alcohol stove installed and a small bar sink was installed to starboard
Raymarine DSC VHF, Pioneer radio with remote control, fluorescent light above galley provides plenty of light
quartz clock and barometer
new electrical panel installed, a round access port to the cockpit coaming on each side allows storage of mast raising gin pole as well as a few fishing rods and other hard to store items, the flotation was not removed there was enough room on top of it
a small microwave was installed here, it is used at the dock

Johnson lever on forestay makes it easy to put the mast up and down
new s/s anchor roller, works well, and is very solid
new bimini, I used s/s pipe instead of straps, makes it much more solid and no tripping hazard entering the front of the cockpit, an extra stanchion was added behind the coach roof so the lifelines are over the coaming
the bimini is a few inches wider than the boat so any rain water falls into the lake and not the cockpit
centre board control was moved from the galley out to the cockpit
outhaul tackle is inside the boom, works very well with the loose-footed mainsail
new sail has all full battens, loose footed radial cut
new main sail from Somerset Sails is a huge improvement
new 150% radial cut genoa is great
top of mast, windex, anchor light, VHF antenna, Raymarine wind transducer
a second axle was added to the trailer, trailer has stainless steel disc brakes
