Arrival at Narita Airport - 3 of us plus Shunyi
Our first meal in Japan! Sushi! (Although it's from humble Jusco Supermart but it's damn delicious! I think partly also because it was already 4 plus pm by the time we ate)

Snow! It's my first time seeing real snow! So exciting!
The elusive Mt Fuji peak. It was very cloudy that day and we only managed a glimpsed of the peak for like 2 mins.
Mt Fuji 5th Station! Where we spent all of less than 30 mins there. :(

Sailing on a lake around Mt Fuji. We were supposed to be able to see it on a clear day. But it was not a clear day so all we could so was fool around on the boat.

Owakudani, an area around the crater created in the last eruption of Mt Hakone 3000 years aso. (Googled this). It's know for its sulphur fumes.

near our hotel in Chiba where there's some baseball stadium nearby and I think the Marines are based there.
Dinner for the day. Bought from 7-11, eaten in the open space outside 7-11.
still, it was a satisfying meal.
