What a glorious day... loving those southerly winds!
From this angle it could be a tropical paradise...
Everyone in Hong Kong decided it was a good day to visit Lamma Island... they just keep pouring off the ferry
Nice place to live! There are no cars on the island. Makes it tricky to do your shopping though. Can't imagine what happens when you buy a new lounge suite.
The gang, minus me. From left: Mel, James, Karen, Jen Chien, May, Money
You won't forget this real estate agent...
Great vego restaurant. Just like something you'd find in Glebe or Newtown actually... Jen Chien was quite miffed that they didn't have ANY meat though.
This is when we were wondering why we didn't wait for an inside table where there's air-con.
Ah, who cares about the heat when you've got a great burger to chomp into?
Typical Hong Kong 'house' (usually divided into 3 or 4)
Jen Chien and a little buggy which is probably how one moves things around on Lamma Island
Old lady making pretty hanging things
Who can beat the perfection of God's creation though? And so varied!
The power plant... bit of an eyesore in such a beautiful place
How's the serenity?
James and Karen, still smiling despite the wet clothes!
Everybody's at the beach
Incredibly filthy water full of people!
Not a pretty sight
Herboland
Passionfruit flower
There really do have a lot of herbs growing here
And this beautiful lily growing in an old bath
Notice anything unusual on this table?
A bunny! A very cute and extremely friendly bunny. In fact, bunny got a little stroppy when bunny wasn't being lovingly patted... Note the glass of water here.
Apparently feeling a little over dressed for the weather, she tipped over the water several times after it was refilled each time, for a bit of a cooler...
Even this wasp was needing water... Largest one I've ever seen. It managed to clear the table in less than 2 seconds.
Beautiful

On the way home... Hong Kong Island in a rare moment of clarity (lack of pollution)
