A mountain near the city Masal. It is about 2787 meter high. Above the the tree-border and the clouds, the view was amazing. Our hosts from Tehran took us to here in the last two days (after Masuleh on the day before) and we are very thankful for this.
Henk said: 'Teletubbie-mountains' , because of the perfect green hills.
It was very impressive. Batoul and Ali said: we feel closer to God.
Being in the mountains makes you more thinking about philosophical and metaphysical things.
We like to climb these hills and look from above to the small wooden houses of the nomads and the many sheep's.
The sound of the sheep's-bells was nice.
The clouds were coming and leaving. Very beautifully to see.
Sitting after climbing a hill.
The mountains disappear mysteriously in this white clouds.
The way for the car.
Unfortunately there is no picture, but I like to tell you: We stayed with the nomads in a wooden cabin. There was no electricity at all, just some gas-lamps, so it was very dark and when I look up to the sky there were so many stars. I have never seen before so many in my life. There were also some white clouds, in a band through the round. This was the milky way. You could see some stars falling also, but there was no moon. Maybe this was the most beautiful thing I saw in whole Iran. More impressive than any other cultural or historical building. This is a ceiling created by God.

Yes this is Iran: no desert but a lot of trees. It looks like driving in Switzerland. The north is very popular for Iranian tourists (from Tehran especially) also.
