Alex and I spent the day at Crescent Moon Cabins in Dominica.

We got a tour of the greenhouse. They grew many things like Cilantro which we cannot get here because it rains so often. Cilantro apparantly does not like all the rain.

Montessori School on the grounds of Crescent Moon. I was so jealous when I saw all this stuff here.. if only it was closer to where we lived.
