2010 MS Slugfest | Team Photos

Held at Mt. Greenwood Park on Chicago’s South Side, MS Slugfest is a one-day, 16-inch, co-ed softball tournament that encourages competitive softball play but awards the top teams for their fundraising efforts. Teams participating at this year’s event included corporate teams from AB Bernstein Wealth Management, Baxter Healthcare and Mass Mutual as well as friends and family teams or individuals playing against each other for an important cause: to slide home to a world free of MS!
MS Slugfest was supported by corporate sponsors, including Vienna Beef, Home Run Inn Pizza, Stanley’s Produce, NYC Bagel, New World Van Lines, Talking Tees, Lawlor’s Bar, Riverwalk Grille, Diamond Dogs and the Chicago White Sox. Senator Ed Maloney of the 18th District shared recent accomplishments for MS advocacy and legislation and presented our first ever, MS Slugfest Hall of fame induction.
