The first few pictures were taken in spring and summer of 2007. As you can see on the one with my wings folded, in my shop, the shop was getting a little overwhelmed by the project, and needed to be moved.
The next few picutes show moving day, and then the transormation as the tail surfaces were added, and the graphics applied.
The DAR inspection took place on 10/20/2007, and the first flight took place on 10/24/2007.
All in all the first flight went very well, but there will need to be a few minor adjustments made to get it flying hands off straight and level. But those two major milestones were great experiances that were only realized with the help of a lot of friends and fellow builders advice, and the occasional extra pair of hands.
