The pagoda - as I said, we couldn't climb up due to the earthquake damage, but there were still quite a few people around looking at the temples and other buildings.

View from the tower - one interesting thing was that you could tell which stones were original and which had been replaced. The old stones absorbed the rain which fell, but the new stones had the rain puddle and were very slippery. Sometimes old construction is better than new.
