Wednesday afternoon, Day 6 - End of the race and finally on a mooring in Catalina Harbor, Catalina Island. A very tired and relieved Captain.
Day 6, Wednesday afternoon - the Captain reflects on his feat and his warm bunk below. No need now for the life jacket, jack lines, safety harness and foul weather pants. Time to clean up a bit, cook his first real meal in two days, and then, the first blessed night of uninterrupted sleep in six days.
