The first picture I took in London!
Same as the first only more centered!
Hyde Park.
A little pond in Hyde Park. It is like the Central Park of NY. Or I guess Central park is like the Hyde Park of London.
They have a lot of statues in Europe. Hyde Park still by the way
In the tour I took they told us that when Napoleon took over he built this in honor of defeating the Germans. Of course when England beat Napoleon they made it their own statue. French and Brits don't always get along.
This is a memorial for World War II vets. A lot of statues for this as well around Europe.
Yup another statue.
In front of Buckingham Palace. Hey that's Big Ben! Well the Clock Tower that houses Big Ben.
Buckingham Palace as it's getting dark out.
It's a pretty decent sized palace.
London. Photo Credit to Nils!
Why that last picture? This sign makes it sound like the trash can is only to dispose of babies. Funny.
France we come from France! Notre Dame is coming up!
Notre Dame!
The front of Notre Dame.
One of the bells in the Notre Dame Towers. Quasimoto?
The bell is pretty big.
Front of Notre Dame again...
Inside Notre Dame!
The main Alter at Notre Dame
That's a keeper.
Some of the Relics inside the Church. Yes that is a bone.
MBones and other relics.
The upclose picture of Notre Dame Enterance.
Seriously this food is very sensative. Not like all that Mean Thai food we have here in LA
The graveyard where Jim Morrison is buried.
Balzac. yeah I know stop laughing.
Jim Morrison's final resting place.
Cancel my subscription to the Resurrection.
Oscar Wilde
Some lady kissing Oscar Wilde's tomb
I think Oscar would love that he has this sign and people still “deface” it.
View from the top of Notre Dame
Rain in Paris falls mainly on the Sacred Heart Cathedral
Gay Paris!
OK I have some photography skills...
You can't even tell how big this really is.
Because we can we can we can! Moulin Rouge.
Sadly Amelie isn't there.
hard to read but Van Gogh lived here.
There is a really long story about this windmill and how the French fought off the Russians. Napoleon retreated but the Russians decided to punish France and destroyed all the windmills so they couldn't make food. This one had an owner who decided to fight the Russians on his own. He was killed and his boddy was tied to one of the uhhh rudders? Sad.
Dalida the French Disco queen. Google her. She is famous. If you go to Paris you rub her boob for good luck.
Artsy! No just kidding I messed up. It looks cool though right?
Sacred Heart Cathedral.
The Amelie grocery store!
A cool fountain...forgot the name.
Eiffel Tower View.
Eiffel Tower View Deux
Third view from the top of the Tower. Napoleon is burried in there somewhere.
Mister Eiffel had an ofice at the top of the tower.
Yes I know maybe you are tired of Eiffel view...
Last one I promise!
Arch de Triumph
It's pretty damn big!
The inisde of the arch.
Tomv of the Unknown Soldier. It's all over.
The arch is prety cool.
Concord Plaza
I was stupid and overexposed some pictures...The Louvre.
This a pretty good shot.
Just so you can see that I went and I was dumb and overexposed the film.

Grenwich 1
Grenwich 2
I'm the king of both halves of the world!
Of the world Craig! Of the world!
It's a 24 hour clock. It took me a minute to figure out how it worked.
Took a boat back from Grenwich to London.
These old ladies were hilarious. This whole “pier” is floating on the water.
Tower Bridge
Traitor gate at the London Tower. Anne Boleyn was kept in there somewhere.
This is part of the Jack the Ripper tour. This wall is in between some modern buildings. Trippy.
They call this the Church of Prostitutes. They would circle around here and it was one of Jack the Rippers hunting grounds.
This building has the elevators and bathrooms on the outside. It is an inside out building. The cranes on top serve no construction purpose. Just there to make it look like it's still under construction.
This used to be Bedlam. The first Mental institution. Things got out of control at Bedlam and that is where the term comes from.
hee hee. It's a pub.
These streets are really narrow. This is more of what Old London looked like before World War II
This is a bar that Jack the Ripper's last victim was seen at. This means he probably had a drink or 2 here.
British Museum.
British Museum has some cool stuff.
Aphrodite!
The Rosetta Stone.
Buckingham palace but this time the changing of the guard is about to happen.
Changing of the Guard.
Change those guards!
Nice m-16 sir.
This used to be the Palace Royalty stayed. Then they moved to Buckingham.
The three of us are gonna guard stuff.
This square used to be overpopulated with pigeons. The way they cleared it was by giving pigeons birth control. Not even joking.
Same area that used to be overpopulated with pigeons.
Long story about an Admiral who died but they didn't want to do a burial at sea. They put him in a barrel of rum. But sailors ended up drinking a bit of that rum on the way back. Bit by bit til there was no rum left. “Stiff drink” get it. Anyways they say they put the Admrial's nose in this building err arch.
There was some fund raising thing with Comci Relief and red noses while we were there. That red nose is over the Admiral's nose.
One more thing: All admirals go through this arch on the way out to sea and rub the nose for good luck.
On the Queen's birthday they have a show here with horses for her. For the Olympics they are going to fill this place with sand and have beach volleyball here.
Clock tower with Big Ben in it.
I was giving Big Ben a hug.
St. John's Catherdral.
The view from London Eye.
Yup same eye.
You do get a pretty good view from up there.
Yup we are on one of those.
This is a little secret that the guide book doesn't tell you! Steve Colbert is right.
