Kaperema
After he dropped out of school several times, he finally decided to go to Angola with his older sister. We care about him deeply, and are concerned that his sister may not be able to care for him and keep him in school. We are afraid that he may become just another street kid in Angola. His mother is unable to care for him, so he left because he wanted to find new opportunities.

Two Boys
These two boys are almost 19 years old. They both wish to go back to school, as they were in the mobile school up to grade 7. Both completed grade 7, however the parents cannot afford to send them to grade 8.

Planting Vegetables at the Garden

Red Cross Volunteers Day 2010
The celebration for Red Cross Volunteer's Day 2010 took place at the Opuwo Stadium. The children and volunteers celebrated by playing soccer and netball. Afterwards they watched a video at the office and enjoyed some gifts and refreshments. It was a wonderful day full of fun and sport.

Container Modifications
Here Fabian, a Red Cross Technician, is helping the Kaoko Bicycle Shop modify their container into a proper shop. The Kaoko Bike Shop contributes 10% of their monthly income to the Omapitiro Weyuva After-School class. Thank you for your support!!!
