Some of my vintage jerseys on display; white long-sleeve and light tan jerseys were from my brother-in-law. I won the green jersey in Japan in a relatively short road race called the Kanabe Cup. The Schwinn jersey is a Young Original from my earliest days of racing, from the Island Schwinn racing team which I anchored for several years from the late '70s into the early '80s in the annual relay race around Mackinac Island.

The guys from Boulder, Colorado (Keith Harper, Clark Sheean) checking out the Tour of California program that Peter Rich gave me last fall at the Cycling Hall of Fame banquet. Keith raced as a junior for 7-Eleven alongside Bob Roll and others in the late 80's and 4 seasons in Europe, some with Team Motorolla. He was racing his lovely Team 7-Eleven/ Huffy track bike from his junior days on Friday evening and crashed it destroying the fork and getting a good deal of track burn.
