Deserted village at my hometown
I spent quite a lot of time at my grandma's in the countryside before I entered primary school. There I had a lot of fun with those farmers' kids in the small river, the farming land and ...
However, nowadays most people there no longer harm. They become quite rich by mining the underground coal. They move out to the city where the kids can hardly tell different types of economic plants as I did. Thus the village is deserted.
Right, I feel that Chinese people are so anxious to get rid of poverty and announce that we are getting rich now. However, many people are not realizing the cost, such as the environment and continuity of Chinese culture.
