The large Christmas tree in downtown Helen was very pretty.
All the shops in Helen are made to look like they are in the German or Swiss Alps, even the tattoo parlor.

I do not think the windmill is real or functional but it still looks nice. It is located right outside downtown Helen.
From the parking lot you can see the observatory at the top of Brasstown Bald, which is the highest point in Georgia. The truck's engine had a good workout getting up here and the brakes had a good workout on the way back down.
The walk up to the observatory was not very long but it was very steep.
