My bike ride took me past the Waste Water Treatment plant. We saw some deer running through here yesterday. As far as Waste Water Treatment plants go, this one is fairly scenic.

The Reddies River

After my bike ride, I decided to try out my Dutch oven for the first time. Here you can see the coals being heated up.

I added some BBQ sauce that I picked up at the grocery store. I think I'll make my own sauce next time. This particular sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. Still, it turned out pretty well. I made a frittata the next morning and it turned out great. I'm really pleased with the non-stick properties of my Dutch oven.
