The Dhaka Project
The Dhaka Project is situated in Gawair (Gaoir) on the North of Dhaka close to Zia International Airport. It was founded by Maria Conceicao, a Portuguese flight attendant who works with Emirates Airline and lives in Dubai.
This Project was visioned in April 2005, and officially created in 4th July 2005, taking care of slum children and helping their families in a continuous struggle against sorrowful living conditions trying to break the cycle of poverty.
