Had our Home inspection Thursday, Looks like this is the one! Beautiful old South Buffalo Home, in great shape. Lots of original woodwork, never been painted. Detailed hardwood floors throughout. Nice yard, driveway etc. Efficient Furnace and new water heater. Cut stained glass windows, a window seat, bay windows upstairs. Mini second story porch off back of house, full front porch will be opened up. Also a great area, near Tifft and South Park, all single family homes on our street. Close to the beach, Caz Park, Tifft Farms, the river, the botanical gardens, great spot.
