Roast duck in the middle, with rice flour wraps, hot/sour soup, cucumber/onions/duck sauce (mix with duck in wraps), mushrooms and Chinese cabbage, and spicy Szechuan eel with noodles. Of course, some Chinese pijo (beer). Excellent last Beijing feast for the Barbarian and friend.
