This is the web page. You have your own account where your bookmarks are stored and accessible via the Internet.
The more advanced settings allow you to upload and thus overwrite your bookmarks on the server....or pull them down from the server and overwrite or merge with the local machine.
This is the main screen with the account info and "Synchronize Now" button to sync your bookmarks to/from the server and thus your other machines. Very cool!
