"I noticed this stream on a topo map and decided to hike along it to see if it had any nice scenery, thinking if there was a waterfall on it that would be a real bonus. Was I ever impressed when I got to this section of the stream. It was extremely rugged with lots of loose rocks and the fallen leaves made it even more slippery, but there were numerous waterfalls ranging for about in size from just a few feet to about 20 foot drops."

"This picture was quickly snapped as I was walking to the overlook from the Summit Hotel. I took a couple of rolls of film at the overlook but this was the only photo that really looked good."
