This molded top has been removed, we will build a custom Clark Island top.
All the bulkheads have been cut down to the deck height. Fuel tank beds are waiting for tank installation.
Rope locker bulkhead is completed and the beam for the forward deck is being fabricated.
The engine on this vessel will be ahead of the main bulkhead. This will offer easy access to the motor, and it will help with the limited amount of space under the deck.
Rear section of the side decks is ready for glass.
Within the next couple weeks the forward deck and side decks will be completed. Hopefully the motor will be quick to arrive and be in the boat before the snow falls.

The v-berth has been completed, fiber glassed, and mostly sanded. It is important to get lots of sanding done before the trunk top is installed.

A C9 500hp Caterpillar engine has been craned into the boat. The chainfalls are used to move the motor and help with alignment.
The deck has been started, the height was established to the owner's specifications.
The engine will slide back through the hole in the main bulkhead. Once the engine has been bolted down the trunk top can be fiber glassed down.
The exhaust system has been started and the steering system has been completed.
Thanks to a team effort on Saturday all the windows (except 3) have been cut out. This is when the boat begins to enter the finishing stages.
The forward cabin has been gelled and a few hatches have been cut in.

The outside has been completely gelled and the window have been installed.
The work station has a hauler, steering wheel, kobelt controls, compass, and hauler handle. The tip out window was built using lexan to the owners specifications.
The bench inside the wheelhouse offers a storage spot and on the right there is a bus heater.
The motor is ahead of the main bulkhead and will give the owner and future mechanics a chance to work on the engine standing up.
A complete hydraulic system. This will power the steering, hauler, and banjo water pump. All hoses are cut to length and pressed at CIBW.
The powdercoated radar stand has a Furuno antenna, VHF antenna, GPS mushroom, AM/FM antenna, running lights, and all-around white light.
White Water was the name of the owner's old boat, after tossing around other names, he stuck with the name that he has had success with in the past.
The documentation numbers are on both stern quarters and on the roof.
A stainless steel cage built by our staff welder will protect the propeller from buoys and rope.
