Getting to know you 20 pancake

Acquired the famed Lumix 20mm F1.7 pancake lens for my m4/3 camera.. Yep, wonderful lens, sharp and contrasty, but I haven't acquired the sight to see with the lens.. Hence this exercise, hopefully at the end of day we get along fine.. :p

Just a 15 min drive from FHL, is the tallest mountain in Chiangrai. We made a trip up at 5.30 am one fine day in Dec, and it was a wonderful experience..

Daocheng, Oct 2006

Wong and myself made a trip to Daocheng and Yading this fall.. We almost couldn't do the trip because we couldn't get flights to Chengdu.. So we went in a roundabout way from kunming, to Zhongdian, then to Daocheng.. Was the effort worth it? I think so!
