Rooftop_Living Parking Lot with composting area. All waste from building will either be recycled or composted to be used as soil for the indoor farm on 3rd floor.
3rd Floor_Grow Room. Crops are grown hydroponically and also using soil based methods. According to the principals of biomimicry, diversity is very important and cuts down on total crop loss to one particular blight.
Mezzanine. Prepared foods will be packaged in compostable containers and served with compostable cutlery. All foods made daily within walking distance of the store.
