Ravensdale cottages, are two tiny rows of former lead miners cottages
Ravensdale cottages are also known locally as The Wick which is taken from Berry-me-wick, being a grange of a small manorial settlement, an outlier of a manor

These flowers were in Cressbrook dale, although wonderful to look at the smell of onions was a bit strong.
