Chuquisaca
I went to the city of Sucre with my family, the city of four names; Plata, Charcas, Chuquisaca and Sucre. Other names are also the city of four names, the white city, the city of "los lococs" because of the first psyciatric hospital and the city of the students (there are a lot of universities there).
