Morning arrival to Koh Tao, Thailand.
That's the facial expression of everyone on the boat: indignation and contempt for the world at large. (I'd like to thank Nic for being the only one of us three with enough energy to take pictures of the boat the next morning.)
I was told the sanitation director was on a vacation.
It's as if the crewmen had started working on the boat the night before. This must have happened before.
At some point in the night I clearly stopped caring about my appearance and decency.
The clear lack of foresight is highlighted by precariously hung clothing.
Minus the barrels, this was our walkway onto the boat. The narrow beam passing the boards was a little unnerving, to say the least.
