Halloween cookie party
I took this picture because all the moms were holding their babies. (Mine was upstairs sleeping)
One of the works of art by...
Anne Davis (Dan Davis' daughter, for those of you who know him)
Sam Davis
Cute Halloween girls
Yes, it was a zoo that day. We had a great time!

Playing blocks at auntie Dane's
Reading a story to Jaxon
The first of Cora's photography
She likes the candid close-ups
this one is called, “Sunglasses and Tassles”
“Lone Leggo”
”Lone Leggo II“
She calls this one “New perspectives” I don't know where she get her vocabulary.
“New Perspectives II”
This one was taken by me. It's not as well-done, but the subject matter is adorable!
My cute butterfly
Mary snuck into Cora's room and stole her wings one afternoon
Mine.
Helping grate the cheese for my yummy tuna cheese bake. It was SOOOOO good. Lemme know if you want the recipe.
I made a fort for the girls in Mary's crib
Mary is lying in the back
Oh, she just got sleepy one morning. So she did what people do when they are sleepy. She took a nap.
In her highchair.
My new Pampered Chef kit has arrived!!!
Ooh la la
So smart in my chef's apron
The meatloaf turned out great in my stoneware baking pan
Chad was my first guinea pig. I made him wear a nametag to pretend he was attending my first show
Melissa hosted my first practice show at her house and went all out to make sure I didn't have anything to stress over
My special cheesy artichoke wonton cups were a hit!
And the show went off without a hitch--except that I did cut my thumb and kept having to put new bandaids on so I wouldn't bleed all over the food, I lost track of where I was in the recipe more than once (I don't think anyone noticed), there were about 15 kids there running around the house, and I almost burned the wontons. Other than that it was a success! By the time I did Dana's show, I felt like a seasoned veteran.
Cute girls watching sports with dad
Teething!
Our little bumblebee (at trunk or treat in Sparks)
Cora with her best buddie Ellie
hodling hands
My butterfly and bumblebee girls
chad holding cora's wings and purse (candy bag)
Cora having fun in the play gym, remembering when she was a baby
We were all wearing aqua that day, so Chad took a picture (Mary's “aqua” thing was her burpee, which you can't see in the photo. oh well)
At Melissa's house!
Sadie giving stickers and a headband to Cora
Of course, the fun activity at the Walton's home would be group teeth-brushing (Dave is a periodontist, and I think I saw Melissa brush her teeth after every meal...)
Dressing up in their Christmas dresses...a little early
So cute
Still cute
Even the doll wanted in on the fun (I think this is an American Doll from Karla)
Ashlyn got to show off her little cousin while sporting her Hermaine costume at school
Mummy dogs--fitting for the occasion
Concentrating really hard
Can't wait to eat!
And they're off to beg for candy! (Isn't that the cutest Harry Potter you ever saw?)
This was my favorite neighbor. He sat out in his driveway smoking a cigar and handing out full-sized candy bars.
Little buzzy bee!
The vampire butterfly
with a glow stick wand
more candy please
O.K. you absolutely had to be there for this. Cora was doing hand stands with her feet up in the air
It was just this new trick she decided to try after watching Sadie do a handstand
She had great fun and made us all crack up the whole time
what a funny little acrobat!
somersaults are still part of her reperatoire
I think I remember being that flexible once.
Cool photo of Nate, mid-fall
Me getting ready to feed the snake. It was pretty cool. I have more pictures, but I think I look fat in them, so I'm not going to publish them. Sorry.
Cora in her new “beautiful” dress, as she calls it
hanging out at the Waltons
This is a shot from out local library--after Halloween, actually.
There was to be a “Royal Reading Time” given by one of the Disney princesses from “Princesses on Ice”, so there was a line outside the library and lots of little girls running around on the lawn. It was just so cute.
I'm pretty sure we broke all the fire codes that day, but the kids were sooo good waiting for the princess to arrive. Even Cora sat on her bottom the whole time.
Belle read stories about her “best friends”
It was really sweet. Some of the moms got kind of grumpy since they had to sit in the back. They should have come 40 minutes early like I did. That's the last photo. Sorry it's kind of anti climactic. Oh well. Cora is in her room NOT napping. So I guess I'll go see what she's up to now.
