...the street is level to the second story...
...which means that even if we got a third floor apartment we'd only ever have to walk up one flight of stairs :-).

This and the next few pictures were taken in late fall/ early winter, so the trees don't have any leaves right now. But the place is surrounded by trees.
The leasing agent mentioned that during the fall you'd often see limos in the area--it's high school kids having their prom pictures taken here. He said this place looks awesome in the fall
This is the layout we'll be having: the Brentvale, which is 1002 sq.ft/ 93 sq.m. Rent ranges from $840 - $890 a month depending on the unit's location, view and upgrades. That's about the same rent we pay for our current apartment.

The second bedroom. Steve and I will use it as a library/ home office and will put all our books and computer desks in there.
We're thinking if we get a raised inflatable mattress, the space can double as a guest room in a pinch :-). I also like how this room leads out to the patio as well.
Double closets: we can use one for storage and one for guests :-).
