Sep 2007: Jennifer Scharlach is the LCRA Boat Education Coordinator who explained their "Nobody's Water Proof" campaign. The goal is to educate age 18 - 34 year-old males about boating safety. Lake Travis had 9 fatalities in 2006. Lake Travis was ranked 4th in fatalities in USA in 2004.
