My lunch, 11 July 08 Top tier: brown rice, ginger-marinated shrimp, small bottle of soy sauce. Bottom tier: watermelon with cute cat and dog picks. Side car: green salad, carrots, 3-cheese Ranch dressing.
Brian's lunch, made Thursday 10 July 08. Left side: carrots, 3-cheese Ranch dipping sauce (in the little blue container), Babybel gouda cheese round, Laughing Cow cheese wedge, club crackers, s&p shaker. Right side: Mini broccoli & ham quiches, red grapes. (Oreo cookies in the lid of the box)
Left Side: carrots, 3-cheese Ranch dip, Laughing Cow cheese wedge, dried pineapple (flavoured like mango) Right Side: Cheese Ravioli, grated parmesan, s&p shaker, tomato-alfredo sauce. Oreos in one lid, Club crackers in the other.
Left side (top tier): red grapes on skewers (and some more grapes underneath), whole grain wrap with chicken, ham, salami, and cheddar cheese. Some baran (plastic grass) to separate them. Right side : Laughing Cow cheese wedge, carrots, 3-cheese Ranch, cashew trail mix from Archer Farms. Large Lid has Oreos, smaller lid has Club crackers. Side car with potato salad.
Top tiers : carrots, 3-cheese ranch (I had hummus), and kids had grapes. Bottom tiers : pb&j sandwiches, goldfish (I had trailmix). Lids : Voortman's wafer cookies.
Starting from the right : carrots, 3-cheese ranch, Laughing Cow cheese wedge, cherries. Next tier : Brown rice, soy sauce, ginger-marinted shrimp. Smaller lid : Piroulline cookies. Larger Lid : Club Crackers.
Hard boiled eggs: peeled, molded, then dyed :D (The egg that I used for the bunny exploded a bit during boiling o.O Mutant bunny! On the upside, B said he'd love to take a mutant bunny to work for lunch =P )
Top tier has a microwaved Japanese-esque omelette (sort of a tamagoyaki, but not exactly.) Club crackers, Laughing cow cheese cube, onion dipping sauce, and carrots to dip in it. Bottom tier has grape and cheese cube kabobs, cherries, and pieces of chewy granola bar. Lid has these little Koala cookies... I'll have to try to get a closeup of them, they are SO cute! They were only 99 cents a box, and come in 3 flavours.
That's my omelette thingie, Club crackers, cheese cube, onion dip, and carrots. Then cheese and grape kabobs, cherries, and granola bar pieces. My lid has piroullines :D
Breakfast AND lunch, this time. Breakfast in the small tan box... microwave poached egg, mini pancakes, small bottle of syrup, strawberries. (The cookies are for dessert after lunch =P ) Lunch is homemade enchiladas, sidecar has some extra roasted green chilis; carrots with Roasted French Onion Dip, a Laughing Cow cheese wedge, red grapes, and Club Crackers in the lid.
Not sure why it's so blurry :/ The kids packed these, almost entirely by themselves, I was quite impressed. I made the scrambled eggs with cheese (in the microwave). We've got cheddar cheese sticks, Club crackers, Roasted French Onion Dip (except DD4 has 3-cheese Ranch), cherries, strawberries, grapes, Laughing Cow cheese cube, and carrots. Girl Scout cookies for dessert :D
Breakfast and Lunch for B... far right container is breakfast, 2 different types of omelette, both cooked in the microwave... two pieces of toast, buttered and cut into soldiers...cup of blueberries. Lunch is a wrap, he made it, I'm not sure what all is in it... lol. Two kinds of grapes, carrots, dip, rice crackers, Babybel cheese round, and Oreos for dessert.
Turkey, ham, and cheddar wrap with romaine lettuce, crackers, Babybel cheese, grape tomatoes for space filler... carrots, dip... mayo & honey mustard for wrap. Breakfast is just a scrambled egg and cheddar cheese star, and a "Grits-nigiri" in the shape of a star.
