Effort by "Friends of Coyote Creek" and T390 to clean up trash in Coyote Creek in SJ. A group of nine Boy Scouts from Troop 390 joined forces with Friends of Coyote Creek members Sarabelle, Tom and Larry, and with able assistance from some additional volunteers, including Pat, Keith, and a couple of others whose names I didn't catch, managed to make a big improvement to a small segment of Coyote Creek near William Street Park. It's amazing to see a couple of Mallards in an area that was only a few hours ago literally inaccessible to them. Thanks specially to Leonard and his winch. The total haul came to one serious ton (2,000 lbs) of debris removed from this small segment of creek!
